You shall not: (a) Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Content without our prior written consent; (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Services; or (c) Use the Content for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Syra Solutions.
(a) You may submit content, such as inquiries or project details, through the Services (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Syra Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, and process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. (b) You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Syra Solutions is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of User Content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syra Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your use of the Services; (b) Your violation of these Terms; or (c) Your User Content or any infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Syra Solutions may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Services. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
